This can be overcome by adding /*JOBPARM SYSAFF=* to the jobs. This mean they will stay on the submitting system for reading, conversion and execution. If it is a problem to inset the statement in all JCL, you could use a IEFUJV exit, but if you have to use this exit, you can add the more elegant PROCLIB statement as mentioned before, which does not have the (possible) disadvantage of restricting the job to the submitting system.
