Output sent from JES2 via IP/Printway - Netspool to a network printer gets
lost if the printer is in some form of condition like

power saver mode or a form of intervention. Our question is why doesn't the
JES2 printer indicate an error

and keep the output in the queue so that once the hardware issue is resolved
the output can be printed.

When printing via standard windows network queues this is not an issue , since
we see the error in the print queue

and the output is still in the queue.

Thanks,
