The wind apparently blew hard enough! Having looked at the code, it appears that last time I added a fix I also introduced a bug. Although I've no idea why I would have touched the line in question, but it is eight years ago.
The answer is actually in the question asked by Dana ... The error had crept into the CSI procedure where the variable name was incorrect (only in RCNVTCAT). The correct line should read: CSI: /* CSI procedure start ##*/ Arg cat,flt,typ,ct1 /* get passed arguments */ rather than the incorrect. Arg cat.1,flt,typ,ct1 I have passed a fixed version back to Sam for the CBT.
