The message is telling you that while a NVSAM(?) entry the dataset
PNGG00.OMPACK.CART0.DAILY was found in this catalog (presumably you know
which catalog was being analyzed), there is also an alias entry that covers
the dataset and points to a different catalog. It effectively makes the
dataset invisible during "normal catalog search order" activities.

This normally occurs when the alias is defined after a dataset covered by
the alias is already defined.

If you run a batch IDCAMS job with LISTCAT ALL CATALOG(whichever catalog was
being analyzed), you should find the offending entry in the listing. It
will tell you what volume the dataset is catalogued on. Use 3.4 and specify
that volume to confirm the dataset is actually there.

If the dataset is not there, the catalog entry is spurious and you can use
IDCAMS DELETE NSCR CAT(xx) to remove it.

If the dataset is on that volume, I find the easiest approach is to use the
following three steps. It works best when none of the datasets covered by
the alias are in use. The three steps run quickly so you should only need a
few seconds.

     Delete the alias.
Run IDCAMS REPRO MERGECAT specifying the DSN to move the catalog entry
to the desired catalog.
     Recreate the alias.
