Software licensing is complex.
There are products which are not subject to be MSU based. For example
DITTO cannot be paid for subcapacity, only for full CPC MSU. Some
networking software is paid for FEP configuration (number of FEPs,
options).
There are of course OTC and MLC products.
Last, but not least: some options are secret. For example some people
claim there are no discounts for MLC software, while others know such
cases.
