You might not have heard from FWLC because you don't have an EC machine or because you're not running in sysplex mode. FWLC applies for EC machines or sysplex pricing. For most current customers that will be those running with VWLC or AWLC pricing. Customers with EWLC or AEWLC pricing don't have FWLC but have TWLC (Tiered Workload License Charge).
