Since I don't believe you can get this abend for file 1 of a tape, this output must be for one of the subsequent steps. We need to see the output for the preceding steps also.
By the way, starting with your message from 1:43 AM Friday, somehow a bunch of spurious asterisks started to show up in the quoted JCL. I have no idea how that could have happened or even if it is just the way my system is displaying the text (but I've never seen it before).
