terms of CPU) to have the certicate in Racf with the option ICSF,
than to use the utility GsKyman and this way to have the certificate
in USS File because in this case it is not posible to use ICSF and in

I believe there is no noticeable difference in terms of CPU.
RACF option ICSF is rather for certificate security - a private key is
stored in ICSF, which is better (more secure) than storing it in RACF db.
Using ICSF and CryptoHW for certificate-related functions is another
issue. In this case indeed CryptoHW offloads the CPU. Of course it is up
to the calling software to call ICSF when available.
