Needless to say, the reason codes listed in the book mentioned range from 1000 to to 1015, with the 'cover-all'-provisio of Additional reason codes might also be returned from services that obtained an unexpected error. Those reason codes are not listed in the table. The Diag field 1 may or may not point to a RACF problem.
