While it may be anathema to say such on this list,  I for one appreciated 
Chris Mason's "demand" that we be more precise in our writing. 

If not for this, we would descend to the level of Alice in Wonderland 
where a word (or abbreviation, acronym, mnemonic, etc.) would mean only 
what one would desire it to mean at the moment which only makes those who 
come after us have a migraine trying to figure out what we actually meant.


RIP Chris.  I will be seeing you again soon enough.
