Just to satisfy my own curiosity, I do you plan to fit 650 datasets, each a minimum of 1,500 cylinders, on a volume with only 10,000 cylinders? How will you even get more than 6?
A 3390 will fit 53 DSCBs per track. 29 tracks will hold 1537 DSCBs, slightly more than twice what you expect.
