o that titles should me more meaningful, o that they should be standardized, and o that 'advanced' is not a helpful adjective. I am not, however, sure that stereotypy is always bad. Terms like "User's Guide" andf "Language Reference" are, or once were, useful because, with a little experience, one came to know which topics were likely to be treated where. (I should now prefer "Usage Guide" because apostrophes are, observably, highly problematic for the young. Why is anyone's guess.)
