Thanks everyone - what I'm looking for seems to be the web enablement toolkit. Now just need to learn how to use it *AND* find a way to convert ISPF panels into HTML as a starting place from which to clean it up and make it look like it fits in the web.

Is it a one region for one user application? If so, you do not need to manage sessions like a web server, just a simple listener in rexx. There is a French product that already does that.
