This is documented in the TSO/E System Programming Command Reference, under the ACCOUNT command. The default for MAXSIZE is now NOLIM (unlimited), which of course is not unlimited but governed by other address space size controls. The job & sysout related parameters can also be defaulted in the JES2 or JES3 initialization parms, if not specified in the ACCOUNT command.
