???  This might be solved by (optionally) including the RDWs in the hash.

OTOH, if I REPRO a fixed-80 data set to VB-84, preserving trailing spaces,
should the hash be unchanged?

Can I hash an entire VSAM cluster or PDS(E), or must it be done
member-by-member?
