I'll have to give this a try. What I did not mention in the original post was that we 'edited' this complicated command in a text file and then copy/pasted it into the command screen. Also did not reveal that the way we got it to work was to enter it as a subcommand to TSO OPER. That was quite trip around the block for what should have been a few steps.
