If JOBDEF INTERPET=JES the loop occurs in the JES2CI0x address space. If JOBDEF INTERPRET=INIT, the initiator address space that selects the job loops. With DSENQSHR=ALLOW on the JOBCLASS, the loop will/can happen only if the job card has DSENQSHR=ALLOW.
