Check the routing for that console. What kind of console is it?

RESPONSE=XXXX IEE703I REPLY 38 NOT REQUESTED FROM THIS CONSOLE It worked perfectly in z/OS 2.2 But in 2.4 this has started occurring. I am sure there is some changes in CONSOLxx parmlib member that needs to be looked into. Has anyone faced this issue?
