I don't remember the details, other than that it was entirely evident to anyone who's used IKJPARS and DAIR or DYNALLOC that there was a *lot* more work to be done. I imagine it was seen as a simple fix by the change team, and then at some point someone with more understanding had it withdrawn. Which is why it would be great if one of our IBM friends would try to find it and perhaps comment.
