I was going to suggest the free CBT program IIRC LISTCAST? but if the messages were not sent with the SAVE parm I believe once the TSO user gets the message it is removed from Brodcast.
I don't use SYS1.BRODCAST any longer so I cannot verify. Yes. there is a freeware Broadcast utility available on the CBT tape - sorry - do not recall the file #. With this you can browse the broadcast dataset messages and selectively delete them.
