Yep. Although I wouldn't blame this on capitalism per se, just humans. When you read some of those emails -- that crack about "dinobabies", for example -- it isn't necessary to think this represents the view of IBM generally. All those documents prove is that youngsters wrote them. And there are always youngsters who assume that "old" and "fogey" go together by definition. This is not shocking; it's been going on as long as humanity.
