The ptf that I haven't applied yet is uj05895 (z/OS 2.5). At z/OS 2.3, there first wasn't a dddef to even apply the ptf. Then the paths were missing, that's what the utility is said to be used to build the paths. The dddefs are another ptf, IIRC. As Ann said, when you apply check them at the same time, you see nothing. You have to first read all hold actions and do them before applying. And I don't have an answer from IBM to my question where uj05895 *accepts* to. The ptf that provides the dddef for the apply does not have dddefs for accept.
