Well you can certainly run the chain to the ACEE. I can post the code if you need.
Keep in mind that not all running processes have an ACEE. Also userid and user name are different things (but they're both in the ACEE). And the ACEE is common enough for this purpose across RACF, ACF2 and TSS.
