Hi Peter, Are you asking if these parameters can be tuned or are you asking if they can be tuned on the fly? They can be tuned but I believe it takes an IPL to do so. Each addition of "1" in the ESQA parm adds 64K to the ESQA so to barely cover the expansion you could change the 160 to 185 and IPL. I would ask "why", though. I'm guessing you have plenty of ECSA so expanding SQA into CSA isn't hurting anything. I seem to remember a long time ago that some people actually advocated setting the SQA very small and letting the majority of SQA overflow into the CSA. I don't know if anybody does that on purpose or not any more.
