Setup autoipl in DIAGxx, then issue a V XCF,sysname,OFFLINE,REIPL command. Reply to the message xxxx,SYSNAME=sysname. That should take the system out of the sysplex, then reipl it. Assumes the system is either in a multi-system sysplex, or at least a monoplex.
