As I noted before, I consider it inexcusable that TRAP2 and TRAP4 were not implemented as NoOps when a debugging environment is not completely established. I fondly remember trying to debug a routine that failed only when loaded into PLPA. I had to play games and rename it to be able to avoid concurrent execution from other address spaces.
