Thank you Eric, luckily we don't have a need for any hardware changes,
and as long as the box is 'supported' MLC updates, card replacements due
to an error, my feeling is leadership is OK to stretch out our EOS well
past 2024.
historically, with other sites IBM has been offering some carrots to get
off old hardware maybe they will make us an offer we cannot refuse.

Long ago, the time from GA to EOS was shorter (like 9 years or so), then it
slowly increased to 12-13 years (and even 14 for the z900 GA1), but recent
models has been slightly less (10-11 years), so my thinking (again I don't have
any OFFICIAL insight):
worst case: EOY 2024
best case: EOY 2026

end of 2026 for the z13 or z13s to fall off support.
