I have another that will be running at least 2 1/2 years over projection. Over the years I have heard of far more failures than successes (although some have succeeded). Last several years, it would have been cheaper (hardware maintenance and z/OS license charges) to upgrade to current model minus 1 or even current model. But, the mainframe was going away.....
