We are using IBM 3494 ATL currently for backup purpose along with DFHSM.
Now we have requirement to move our all data from 3494 into new Tape
library. But my issue is to find the current utilization of 3494 ATL.

What do you mean by utilization?
How much space? Physical dimensions?
The simplest method is to go to the server room with tape measure or
zigzag rule.
If you cannot visit your server room then ...you are not proper person
to do the planning! I mean it.
Yes, you can check the configuration of your 3494 (how many cabinets,
what type) using web interface and maybe DFSSMS facilities. Yes, you can
further check the dimensions in the documentation, but you should also
check other things specific to your server room, like pillars, other
equipment, etc.
