The only way I know of is to increase the maximum specified in the IKJTSOnn member of PARMLIB, in the TRANSEC section. You need to update the member, then do a "PARMLIB UPDATE(nn)" TSO command to get the updates in dynamically.
There is no way that I know of to increase it "for this one command".
