It could be my memory is off. Perhaps only the MF=L forms which don't let you
specify anything else. I thought it applied to any with MF=E,COMPLETE

I do, so that I get right into the code. Same with the listings. I guess that
I could write an IMACRO to do it, but it makes more sense for me.
