I thought I had submitted an assembler program to CBTTAPE.ORG for releasing
free space without the use of open/close. But, I can't
find it. If the original poster wants a copy of the program, I can
send it to her/him off list. The original program was written by
someone else, and I made a few modifications to get it to work in
the environment I was currently in. It uses the ULU macros created
by Sam Golob, for UCB lookup.
