And what kind of output do you expect? There are still a few services doing this, but fewer than there were a decade or so ago. Mike Baldwin who is on IBM-MAIN might be able to do it for you or point you to a good place near wherever you are. I can do it for no charge, but it may take quite a while since it's just me being a hobbyist and digging out my ancient 9348 drive and plugging it into a Linux box and converting to an AWS file. I have converted quite a few tapes from the early 1970s without problem, but I can offer no guarantee. I would say I'd be near the bottom of your list.
