Mark, if you have the opportunity to have both the old and new CFs active at the same time, you can use the SETXCF START REALLOCATE command to move structures over.
The reallocate process creates the new structures large enough to contain the same number of objects as the old ones, taking into account the additional needs of the new CFCC LVL. This is referred as structure "allocation by count" vs the normal "allocation by size" process. Once the structures reside in the new CF you can use the D XCF STR commands to look at the actual allocated size and update your CFRM policy accordingly.
