I have used Mocha TN3270 also. I believe the lite version limits you to 5 minutes of connect time. Not bad if you only need to make a quick change.
The purchase price for the full version is inexpensive, IIRC under $30 USD, and once purchased you can install on multiple Android devices. So if you have a phone and a tablet, you can have it on both for the one price.
