Not Peter, but I have used IRBs in two cases. (1) In SRB mode, but need to do stuff that requires TCB. (2) I want to get control between RBs, i.e., my coded is invoked under a PRB and I want to get control when that RB ends (not the TCB since it may end much later). Think IMS.
