I figured out my problem with getting Tom's process to work. My folders are all set as ReadOnly because OneDrive was running. I ended Onedrive and while all the folders still show as readonly, they aren't really any more and the process ran fine, after which I turned OneDrive on again.
I finally remembered that I had to do this last time as well. This time I made a note so that I don't have to look dumb (again).
