We looked at it briefly, and I think there is a valid use case for using such as test data backup, non-critical data,etc. I mentioned in another thread, you have to ask yourself the question of how much data can I restore in xx amount of time? You are limited to external network speeds. If considering using in the event of a disaster event, there might be better options.
