Timothy, That is not exactly true. Even with an ELA, you are required to still collect the SMF data and submit the SCRT reports as before. It is just that the monthly invoice should be substantially lower!
When I had an ELA, I compared the monthly LCS invoice against the monthly ELA amount to demonstrate to executive management the exact value of the ELA on a monthly basis.
