I can confirm that an address space started REUSASID encounters all sorts of
0D3 style abends when connected to either DB2 or MQ series using CAF in order
to use its services.
I had to add specific code to MXI so that it starts its auxiliary server DB2
and MQ address spaces *without* REUSASID.

When I last discussed with IBM support, there was no announced version/release
of either DB2 or MQ that supported REUSASID.

This line item seems to have disappeared into the "ether". I did see APARs
against OMEGAMON DB2 to provide support for address spaces started with
REUSASID=YES and noticed that REUSASID(YES) became the DIAGxx default in z/OS
1.12. DB2 seems to be completely silent on the matter with not one single
reference I could find other than folks in various forums asking questions
similar to yours.

FWIW, REUSASID support is not required in any way for large page support so one
could appear at any time without the other.
