There are many more cases where any RB can be interrupted, and it is not true that interrupt by SVC necessarily creates a new RB. I'm not going to answer beyond that since "asked and answered" would apply. That answer has been provided previously in the same general thread. But as a hint: SVC D is an SVC that creates an SVRB.
