Perhaps you post from your phone, but even there it's not difficult (or if it is you should probably get a different phone or mail client). Many of your posts are almost impossible to read because of this and other formatting issues. The general rule is to start each sentence (not line) with a capital, and end each sentence (not line) with a period. Sure, there are exceptions, and everyone makes typos from time to time, but both should be rare. Thank you.
