It used to be in UADS, but that's long gone for the vast majority of cases. (Things like PROFILE PREFIX are not to be confused with ISPF preferences, which are saved in a user-specific ISPF profile dataset.) TSO preferences/attributes are saved in the in-storage UPT (mapped by IKJUPT), and written out to UADS/RACF/ACF2/TSS during normal TSO logoff.
