(Things like PROFILE PREFIX are not to be confused with ISPF preferences, which are saved in a user-specific ISPF profile dataset.) TSO preferences/attributes are saved in the in-storage UPT (mapped by IKJUPT), and written out to UADS/RACF/ACF2/TSS during normal TSO logoff.
