It took quite a while but I was glad to see someone finally noticed that the "PSW" is not a "PSW", and that the OP noticed this too.
My first thought was that it was perhaps displaying just the 8-byte PSW address (not the whole PSW) and that the program had landed above the bar in AMODE 64 (in which case it wouldn't be too surprising to get an 0C1 if you didn't get some sort of page/segment/region fault). And of course seeing the 64-bit GRs would have been interesting in that case, not just the 32-bit GRs. I also noticed that GRs 7-15 as shown appear to have been loaded from various low storage locations which is rather bizarre.
