Yes, we reported that to engineering almost 3 years ago during z/OS 3.1 system testing.
In a recent update to the problem record, I see MCL P46683.466 in D41C Bundle H57. and MCL P46598.552 in D41C Bundle S88. Might be one for the SE and one for the HMC, if those MCL, driver, and bundle identifiers mean anything to you.
