Yes, we have dedicated volser ranges and REJECTs.
However the RMM have to be active on every LPAR/image connected to the VTS. Otherwise the insert hangs up.

I guess it would be sufficient to disconnect the LPAR from the RMM (CF
CHP or VARY PATH OFFLINE), however I vaguely remain I did it in the old
times of 3494 and physical carts. Unfortunately I have no notes about it.
