Also, not sure if I understood correctly but I never recommend putting SMPE logs (or CSI's) onto sysres volume - usually store those on the same volumes (pool) where your SMPE CSI's exist... As part of sysres cloing process you would then clone your SMPE target zone CSI's, logs, etc. if you do a primary / alternate sysres type of ongoing maintenance process.
