66D ABEND reason code 61
61
The ENVTABLE_ENTRY pointer for the terminating REXX ENVBLOCK does not
point within the bounds of the ENVTABLE from entry two through the end
of the ENVTABLE.
This is a Rexx initiated ABEND.
