Is that the "IBM z-day" announcement? I tried to register for it and used my IBM signon to register. It took me back to essentially the same splash page, only without a "register here" button. No information about where or how to get there.

(Is there an announcement?) Dynamic allocation handles the UNIX name space just fine. What can't be done with OE files, especially with FILE \DATA=RECORD? Well, OE directories in STEPLIB and EXEC PGM='Long Mixed Case Name'. I want it! DSFS is a step in the wrong direction: adding classic MVS data set restrictions to OE rather than adding UNIX flexxibility to MVS.
